Chana Dal Vada Recipe

Method :
Soak Chana Dal overnight,wash and grind to a coarse paste.Add salt and beat well. Add masala – ginger, chilli paste,asafetida and garlic. Finally chop onion. Keep aside and mix at the time of frying. Do not mix onion to the entire mixture as it will make the mixture watery and change the taste.  Deep fry the Wadas and serve hot with finely chopped onion, coriander and green chillis deep fried in oil. (slit the green chillies remove seeds fill in a bit of table salt and asafetida. Deep fry in hot oil for
a minute and remove).

Method :

Soak coarse besan in curds, oil and some water and soda bi-curb and allow it to soak for ½ an hour or so. The add salt, turmeric powder, green chillies, chilli powder, coarsely ground coriander seeds and black pepper, asafetida and sugar and again allow it to soak for a few minutes. Add methi leaves finally chopped just before frying. Deep fry.

GOTA : Method :
